2 Hershey's Chocolate Syrup bottles, a salesman, and an extremely awkward moment.

So i'm at my dad's coffee shop, right? And he asks me, "Hey, bud, can you run across the street and get 2 bottles of Hershey's Chocolate Syrup?"
"Uhmm sure dad..."
"Great! Here's 30 bucks!" He hands me the money.
30 bucks? What am I gonna do with 30 bucks at a grocery store? It's only $2.99 a bottle...
He interrupted my thoughts. "Okay, go on now!"
So I head out the door and go across the street to the store and I find the Hershey's Chocolate Syrup in the back of the store. I took them off of the shelf and headed toward the counter, only to find two strange women staring at me. Awkward. No, wait! It gets worse.
I come up to the counter and push the bottles toward him. For a moment, he stared at me and gave me that look that said, "You thirsty?"
But he scanned them and acted natural. "Seven dollars and forty-nine cents please..."
I handed him the money while he took what seemed like and hour figuring out how much money I had given him.
While I was waiting there, I spun around on my heels and saw a man at a desk staring at me. I swallowed hard, really hard.
The man at the counter tapped on my shoulder and said, "Twenty two fifty one is your change."
"Thanks." I said rushed. I grabbed the change and the bag containing the bottles and sprinted out of the store, avoiding any more awkwardness.

Great story... right? Now, no need to make this more awkward(>.<)
